Training with Kettlebells has gained the reputation of being one of the elite forms of functional fitness, strength, conditioning, and weight loss training available today. Due to the dynamic nature of a kettlebell workout, results are typically achieved in less time than working out with traditional tools such as machines, barbells, and dumbbells.
There are several styles of kettlebell training, the two main ones are girevoy (the russian form used in kettlebell competitions) and hard-style which is the Americanized version. Girevoy is much more relaxed compared to hard-style which is more about fast, and intense repetitions. Both styles have their benefits which is why we teach both.
