<p>The workout: Hill Sprints+</p>
<p>Warm Up:  1/2 mile walk, 1/2 mile jog, 10 min dynamic warm up consisting of jumping jacks, seal jacks, bodyweight squats, walking lunges, frankenstein walks, push ups, pogo hops, and leg swings.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Workout:</p>
<p>10 forward hill sprints, walk down for recovery.</p>
<p>5 uphill side shuffles each direction (left &amp; right) , walk down for recovery.</p>
<p>Backpedal sprint &#8211; 100 yards flat.</p>
<p>Cool Down: 1/2 mile jog, light stretching.</p>
<p>*The hill I used is about 50 yards in length.</p>

<p>Workout: 100-yard wind sprints (70% effort). Walk back to start for recovery and repeat x 5.</p>
<p>Football One-Man Blocking Sled Push: 40-yards x 5 sets. 1 minute recovery between sets. This was TOUGH!</p>
<p>Overall this was a short but great workout and I can&#8217;t wait to do it again. Next time I might add some sled drags and tire throws.</p>
